OMS performs system analysis of eco-systems in the built environment that can be used by communities, federal, state and local governments. The natural Eco-system Services vs. the Built Environment (ESVBE) Services Index can be used to determine how a community’s infrastructure is currently built for sustaining human health and well-being. It recommends changes in the built environment to improve the health and well-being of the community. It also measures a community’s resiliency after a natural disaster.
